Shipping:
We ship Worldwide. Orders received by 2 P.M.
Eastern time will ship the same day, otherwise
next business day. All US orders are normally
shipped via UPS Ground, fully insured. At
your request, Navaid Marine™ can ship
UPS RED (next day), UPS BLUE (2nd day), UPS
Orange (3rd day), or via any major carrier.
Return
Policy: Return Authorization
numbers are required on all returned items
purchased within 30 days. Once we receive
your returned item in acceptable condition,
we will refund your purchase amount before
shipping and minus a 20% restocking fee. Any
items over 30 days are to be returned directly
to the manufacturer for repair, if defective.
All returned units must be Complete and in
Factory Packaging including all manuals and
blank warranty cards, if CD's were
part of your merchandise, they must be unopened.
All units requiring Service, either Warranty
or otherwise, should be returned directly
to the appropriate Manufacturer. Shipping,
handling fees and special order items if applicable,
are not refundable.

manufacturer's warranty. All units requiring
Service, either Warranty or otherwise, should
be returned directly to the appropriate Manufacturer.
